At Sol Harmony Holistics, I use thoughtfully designed tools created by Dr. Jes Stavale of The Fascia Movement as part of an education-based, fascia-informed approach. These tools are used with gentle, non-manipulative touch to support awareness of fascial tension patterns, movement responses, and nervous system input.
These tools are not about force or correction — they are tools for listening, learning, and education, helping clients better understand how their body responds to pressure, movement, breath, and rest.

Hi, I’m Tara Summers, founder of Sol Harmony Holistics in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Everything I offer is built upon a Biblical Wellness Framework — a Christ-centered approach that honors the body as God’s intentional and intelligent design.
At Sol Harmony Holistics, wellness begins with faith, gratitude, and stewardship. After walking through my own health challenges, it was through prayer and the Lord’s guidance that I learned true wellness does not come from striving or chasing symptoms, but from returning to the natural rhythms God established from the beginning — light and darkness, breath and movement, rest and renewal, nourishment from His creation.
The SHH Biblical Wellness framework serves as the foundation of my work, helping others support their wellbeing by aligning with God’s original design for the body — fearfully and wonderfully made.
Through a gentle, intentional blend of lymphatic and nervous system support, circadian rhythm education, fascia-informed practices, breathwork, and Biblical wellness mentoring, I guide clients to reconnect with their God-given rhythms, support balance, and cultivate greater awareness of how their bodies respond to daily life. This approach supports not only physical wellbeing, but also clarity, resilience, and confidence in one’s calling.
I believe natural balance and growth flourish when the Lord is at the center. It is my joy to equip others with understanding — teaching how the body functions according to God’s design, not the world’s fragmented systems. When we learn to steward our bodies with wisdom and intention, greater ease and alignment can follow.
